Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the mobile game Tilt for the Win (the "Game") collects and why. The Game is developed and published by Ivan Zdravkov, an individual developer ("I", "me"). Contact: ivan@zdravkov.dev.
The short version
- You don't need to create an account or give me your name, email or location.
- To show the daily leaderboard, the Game creates an anonymous player ID and stores your best times.
- The Game shows ads, provided by Google AdMob. Where the law requires it, you're asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings.
- I don't sell your data.

Third-party services
These services process data under their own privacy policies:
- Epic Online Services: epicgames.com/site/privacypolicy
- Google AdMob: policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses data from partner apps
- Apple App Store / Google Play: the store you downloaded the Game from.
Consent and your choices
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: the Game shows a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) before personalised ads are shown. You can reopen it from the Game's Settings.
- iOS: the Game asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, ads are not personalised using your device's advertising identifier.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
Your rights and deleting your data
You can ask for access to, or deletion of, your leaderboard data by emailing ivan@zdravkov.dev. Uninstalling the Game removes all data stored on your device. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may also have the right to object, to restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority.
Retention
Daily leaderboard entries are kept for as long as the leaderboards are offered, and are deleted on request. The ad providers keep data according to their own policies.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and I don't knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact me and I will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date above. Significant changes will also be announced in the Game.
